Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mustika78 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at mustika78.cam. By accessing or using the mustika78 platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the mustika78 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during the Player's use of the Platform:

5. No Prior Bans: Individuals who have previously been excluded or suspended from mustika78, or who are subject to a self-exclusion order, are not eligible to register a new account.
6. Not Acting on Behalf of Third Parties: Players must register and play solely for their own personal entertainment. Using the Platform on behalf of another person, or funding an account with a third party's money, is not permitted.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Deposits & Payments

mustika78 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players. Supported deposit channels include DuitNow, FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT are also accepted.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit per transaction is RM50, unless otherwise stated for a specific promotional offer.
• Processing Times: Deposits made via DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallets are credited to the Player Account in real time upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• Deposit Ownership: All funds deposited into a mustika78 Player Account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned subject to applicable fees and processing times.
• No Fees: mustika78 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees, for which mustika78 bears no responsibility.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available real-money balances at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Bonus funds and funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable rollover conditions have been fully satisfied.

• KYC Prerequisite: Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until identity verification is approved.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM50.
• Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. • Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus attached to your account must be fully wagered before a withdrawal of the associated balance is permitted. Players may forfeit an active bonus at any time; doing so will result in the bonus balance being removed from the account, after which the real-money balance becomes withdrawable.

Bonuses & Promotions

mustika78 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms communicated at the point of each individual promotion:

• Opt-in Requirement: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be actively claimed by the Player. Bonuses will not be applied automatically unless explicitly noted in the promotional terms.
• Wagering Multiplier: Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (e.g., 20x, 30x) that must be satisfied using eligible games before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms and conditions.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot titles typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as specified in the relevant promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonuses will expire as stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

The birthday bonus schedule is as follows: Bronze — MYR 188; Silver — MYR 388; Gold — MYR 888; VIP Diamond — MYR 2,688. Standard wagering requirements apply.
• Referral Bonus: The referral programme pays MYR 38 per successful referral. A referral is deemed successful when the referred Player completes KYC, makes a qualifying first deposit, and meets the minimum play-through threshold. Self-referrals or fraudulent referral activity will result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension.

Gaming Rules

All gaming activity on mustika78 is governed by the platform rules applicable to the relevant game type. Prohibited Conduct

• Underage Gambling: Registration or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.

• Collusion & Match Fixing: Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, sports results, or betting markets.
• Automated Software: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in place of a human Player.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of price discrepancies across betting markets — commonly referred to as "arbing" — is prohibited on the mustika78 sportsbook.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity. mustika78 cooperates fully with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and law enforcement authorities.
• Harmful or Abusive Behaviour: Any conduct directed at mustika78 staff or other Players that is abusive, threatening, or harassing in nature, whether through the live chat function or any other communication channel.

Responsible Gambling

• Player Tools: All registered Players have access to responsible gambling tools within their account settings, including voluntary deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

Unauthorised use of mustika78's intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action. All third-party trademarks, brand names, and logos referenced on the Platform (including payment method logos and game provider branding) remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mustika78 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Account Termination & Suspension

mustika78 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request;
• Engagement in any form of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other Players, or third parties;
• Request by the Player themselves (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion).

Upon account termination for cause, any bonus balances and winnings derived from Prohibited Conduct will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the specific circumstances of the termination. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the mustika78 support team shall be referred to the competent dispute resolution mechanism designated by the applicable licensing authority.
